But of course I'm not willing to do that. Optimistically, I think maybe I can stretch out my hip flexors, IT band, quads and everything else that had me limping today. It's at least better than thinking a year's exercise and strengthening has been completely pointless.
It appears a snow plow did a run over some of the sidewalks last night. Alas, this served only to flatten the snow enough that it turned into ice this morning.
