Was lying in bed around 8:30, half-awake, dreamily reviewing my slow morning- coffee at my local, chiro at 11, wander by work at lunch- when my phone pinged with a text. 'Are u still coming for 10 shift?' Of which I had no memory at all, except for that vague niggle that said earlier 'aren't you doing something Thursday morning?' to which I replied confidently 'no that was last week.' Yes well. If other people would stop getting things like strep throat and transient global amnesia, I could maybe have my mornings in peace.
