Good- size 11 boots are a go. No pinching or scraping. Walking is almost a pleasure.

Bad- I seem to have both golfer's elbow (pain on inside of elbow) and tennis elbow (pain on outside of elbow.) Moves about. Sometimes refers down the forearm in an exquisitely painful ache. May be connected to ominous twinges in the neck, absent for a good three years now.

Bad- miracle worker acupuncturist retired in August; semi-miracle worker acupuncturist has been sick for two weeks now and replaced by competent but not miracle-working colleagues. Thus neck continues to twinge ominously.

Good- physio will use ultrasound on elbows. If I had a home ultrasound machine I'd use it until all my tissues melted into happy pools.

Good- snow so far has been light and sweepable, not irritating elbows and neck. May it stay that way.

Gentle overhead arm stretching can help with tennis elbow. Tennis elbow is aggravated by forward hunching shoulders. I'm sorry you are dealing with this, I hope the better acupuncturist is back soon to help you!

I'm discovering the hunching shoulders thing myself. Also the need to stiffen the abs in order to walk. Bodies- weird.
