Walked to my aunt's today, mostly because I could (OC!! Look, ma, no gloves!) and partly for the exercise. Was puzzled by the sight of sparsely filled buses running on Bloor; when the subway goes down there are mobs of people out by the stations and at corners, and there was nothing like that to be seen. Maybe everyone just decided to stay home, because indeed, the subway was down for four stations. I didn't know till now, because I then walked back home, thus saving me a good deal of aggravation.
