Sneezy hacking day. Managed at the end of it, while elbows are still uncomplaining, to cut the hedge down a little with hand clippers, not electric trimmer. Otherwise washed my masks, read The Two Towers, and ate too much, meaning spaghetti in bacon and mushroom sauce. My ankles swell in the mug but my weight remains at last month's yay hurray! low. Fingers crossed it stays that way. I drink vast amounts of water, as much to drown the cough as to debloat, but body doesn't seem to register the fact.

NNDs were out gardening again. I think they may have planted nicotina or something, because a sweet smell wafts periodically on the wind.
